Q1.
How is KUDA Drop different from other reward apps?

KUDA Drop is the first “comfort-style” rewards app built around one simple idea: “When you close an app, you earn.” When you finish using another app and close it, KUDA Drop gives you a reward opportunity in that brief pause. Watch the ad, and you earn KP (KUDA Points). So what’s different? Most rewards apps require extra effort, such as: - Daily check-ins - Completing specific tasks - Opening a separate app just to watch ads KUDA Drop works differently. Instead of asking you to do more, we turn something you already do — closing apps — into something valuable. No missions. No extra steps. Just a small reward during a natural pause in your day. What makes KUDA Drop unique? 1. No-mission earning structure No daily check-ins or task-based grinding — just routine-based earning. 2. Rewards at the moment you close apps Ads appear naturally at the end of your app session, without disrupting your flow. 3. Comfort-driven design We transform a brief pause in your busy day into a small reward for yourself. 4. Optional ad viewing Ads are never forced. You choose whether to watch and earn.

Q2.
What does “Close an app, rewards stack” actually mean?

When a user closes another app, a KUDA Exit Popup may appear as they return to the home screen. This Exit Popup includes a short message designed to offer a brief moment of pause, and the user can decide whether or not to earn points at that time. If the user selects “Earn,” a sponsored video may be shown during the earning process. If a sponsored video appears, it must be watched to completion in order for KP (KUDA Points) to be credited.

Q3.
Do I need to sign up to use KUDA Drop?

No. You can use KUDA Drop without signing up by registering only your device. However, some features such as point conversion, account protection, and email login are available only after signing up. If you use the app without an account and delete it, your points may not be recoverable. We recommend signing up to protect your points.

Q4.
What is KP (KUDA Point)?

KP is the in-app point unit used within KUDA Drop. KP is not cash. Once you accumulate enough KP, you can convert it into various rewards.

Q5.
How can I earn points?

The main way to earn points is by watching reward ads. When you close an app and return to the home screen, watch the displayed ad to the end and tap “Earn” to receive KP. You can also earn additional points through “Invite.” When a user you invited earns points, you receive an additional 100% of the same amount.

Q6.
I watched an ad, but I don’t think I received points.

Reward ads must be watched to full completion in order for points to be credited automatically. If the ad finishes normally, KP (KUDA Points) are credited automatically — no additional button press is required. However, points may not be awarded in the following cases: - If the ad is closed before it fully finishes - If you navigate away from the sponsored ad and do not return to complete the ad playback (If you visit an external page during the ad, you must return to the ad screen and allow it to finish in order to receive credit.) - If your internet connection is temporarily interrupted or unstable during ad playback If your network connection drops or becomes unstable while the ad is playing, the reward may not be processed properly. For best results, please use KUDA Drop in a stable internet environment.

Q7.
Can I control how often ads appear?

Yes. Go to Settings > Ad Frequency and choose from the following options: Often / Normal / Less / Off. Ads will appear according to the frequency you select when you close an app and return to the home screen.

Q8.
Do I get points when I use “Invite”?

Yes. When a user you invited earns points, KUDA Drop credits you with the same amount of points (100%). You can copy and share your invite link from the “Invite” screen.

Q9.
What does “You earn the same 100% of your invited user’s points” mean?

When a user installs KUDA Drop using your invite link and earns points by watching reward ads, the same number of points is credited to your account. However, bonus points or points earned by that user through inviting others are not included in invite rewards.

Q10.
Where can I find my invite link?

You can find and share your invite link from the “Invite” menu at the bottom of the app or via the “Share” button on the main screen.

Q11.
Ads appear when I close apps. Can I turn this off?

Yes. You can turn off ad notifications by selecting “Off” in Settings > Ad Frequency. However, since KUDA Drop earns points through reward ads, we recommend selecting at least the “Less” option to continue earning rewards.

Q12.
Why does the app ask for battery optimization and notification permissions?

These permissions are needed to notify you at the right moment when a reward ad is available after you close an app. If you do not allow these permissions, ad notifications may be delayed or not shown, which could reduce your opportunities to earn points.

Q13.
I switched apps during an ad and didn’t get points.

Reward ads must be watched to full completion in order for points to be credited automatically. If you open another app or leave the ad screen while the ad is playing, the playback may be recognized as interrupted, and points may not be awarded. However, if you briefly leave the ad screen and then return to it, you can still receive KP (KUDA Points) as long as you allow the ad to finish completely. To ensure your points are credited, the ad must fully complete while you are on the ad screen.

Q14.
How do I convert my points?

Go to the “Convert” tab at the bottom of the app and check whether you meet the minimum conversion requirement. If eligible, you can submit a conversion request. Conversion steps and conditions are explained on the conversion screen and in app notices.

Q15.
What is the minimum amount required for conversion?

The minimum conversion amount is KP equivalent to 20 USD. This threshold may change depending on service policy, and any changes will be announced in the app.

Q16.
What types of rewards are available for conversion?

KUDA Drop point redemption rewards are provided through our current reward supply partners. The types of rewards available (such as digital gift cards) and the redemption conditions may vary depending on your country, service policies, and partnership status. Certain rewards may be temporarily unavailable, and new rewards may be added at any time. The final list of available rewards and applicable terms can be confirmed on the point redemption screen at the time of your request.

Q17.
What types of rewards are available for conversion?

These are service-wide statistics that represent the total points earned and total points converted by all KUDA Drop users. They are provided for reference only and are separate from your personal point balance.

Q18.
What is the difference between “My Remaining Points” and “Invite Points”?

“My Remaining Points” refers to the points you currently hold that count toward conversion eligibility. “Invite Points” are points earned through the Invite feature. Invite Points are included in your remaining point balance.

Q19.
What happens to my points if I delete the app?

If you are logged in, you can restore your points by logging back in with the same account after reinstalling the app. If you used the app without an account, your points may not be recoverable. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.

Q20.
Is KUDA Drop free to use? Are there any hidden fees?

Downloading and using KUDA Drop is completely free. There are no usage fees for earning or converting points.
